Sass Baseby =Pie-Tie

I edited the base a bit to improve the anatomy and gave the eyes some "outlines" since some people would find that more convenient for coloring. eue

Just to let you know, it's a smaller base than most of my bases. So hopefully that won't be too much of an issue... think of it as a mini base. ouo
